CitiStructure was retained by Wachovia to renovate the branches in Briar Cliff, NY, South Orange and Cranford, NJ. Work at the three branches generally consisted of:
- Electrical System and HVAC Upgrades
- Replacement of Interior Finishes
- New Lighting, Ceilings and Carpeting
- Concrete Pavers, Gutters and Landscaping
CitiStructure also did renovation in the three branches that typically consisted of the installation of:
- Corian Oak Counters at the Teller?s Areas
- Plastic Laminate Back Counter Top at the Teller?s Areas
- Corian Walnut Veneer Check Desk at the Main and ATM Lobbies
- Plastic Laminate Coupon Booth Tops
- Painting of Crown Molding of Existing Doors
- Painting of Casing for Existing Doors
- Bullet Resistant Fiberglass Panels
- Fabric Wrapped Panels
- Stainless Steel Channels and Scoops
- Plastic Laminate Pantry Cabinets at Employees Lounges
Each branch had to be kept fully operational during construction and the interior renovation.
