CitiStructure was retained to build out this 40,000sf office on two floors of 33 Maiden Lane in lower Manhattan for the Office of the General Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. Working with the Architectural/Engineering firm of Jacobs, CitiStructure did complete interior demolition and high-end interior construction. Special features of the project included:

• High-density file rooms
• State-of-the-art security systems
• Sophisticated data and communications systems

The entire space was configured to maximize every square foot and consisted of extensive electrical work, carpentry and woodwork, installation of new flooring and lighting.
