CitiStructure was retained by Taconic Properties to build-out this facility at Eighth Avenue and 22nd Street in New York for the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The laboratories and garage, which also contained office and ancillary support areas, are essential to DEA operations. Special electrical and communications work was required for the sophisticated, high-tech laboratory equipment. The garage was equipped with special lifts to investigate impounded vehicles.
