East 58th Street, NY, NY
CitiStructure was retained by Lanson Properties for the construction of this six-story building located on East 58th Street in Manhattan, one of the more affluent residential areas in New York City. The first phase of the project entailed demolition of the existing 6,740sf building that was sandwiched in between two adjacent structures on this narrow 20 X 100 foot site.

The new building, designed by architect Edward I. Mills & Associates, will be a mixed-use commercial/residential building. The six-story, 9,840sf structure will house a gallery on the first two floors with the remaining four floors consisting of three independent residences. One residence will cover two floors with a mezzanine level.
