CitiStructure is providing general contracting services to the New York Institute of Technology at their Manhattan campus. The Manhattan campus is located between 60th and 61st streets and Broadway, adjacent to Columbus Circle and is comprised of four buildings: The Main Campus Building, Information Hall, The New Technology Building, and The Student Activities Building.
Typical projects include science laboratories; computer and other technology facilities; restroom upgrades; office build-outs; new and renovated classrooms; and athletic facilities. Projects involve all or a combination of the basic trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and sheet rocking. Recent projects in three of the campus buildings included office renovations, construction of new classrooms, and electrical upgrades.

The campus has more than 27 buildings and is located in downtown Newark near other colleges and universities such as NJIT, Essex Community College and University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ).
Typical projects have included science laboratories; computer and other technology facilities; restroom upgrades; office build-outs; new and renovated classrooms; and athletic facilities. All projects typically involve a combination of the basic trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and sheet rocking. The most recent work involved various renovations at the Robeson Campus Center.
