One of the best names in fashion, Elie Tahari has been a leader in the fashion industry for many years. CitiStructure was retained by the world famous fashion design house as their “go to” construction firm to renovate and modernize their various facilities. The latest project was at 510 Fifth Avenue (at 43rd Street) in Manhattan. The project involved the construction of a new “Cutter’s Room.” When a design is created by Tahari, it is sent to the Cutter’s Room where the creation immediately comes to life. The project also involved construction of adjacent fabric storage rooms; reconfiguration and construction of the shipping and receiving areas; and complete HVAC upgrades.

In keeping with this concept of uncompromising quality, Sabon retained CitiStructure to build-out their new location at the Roosevelt Field Mall on Long Island, NY. The new store had to be built to Sabon’s exacting standards of quality, especially in regard to the high-end finishes demanded by the job. The project involved a complete interior demolition and total renovation under a tight schedule.
