CitiStructure was retained by the general contractor to perform asbestos abatement on this 2-story office building in Syracuse, NY. The project covered a total area of 60,000sf over the two floors with approximately 100 offices per floor. The abatement included removal of:

• 9″ X 9″ floor tile and black mastic
• Brown glue pucks to 1′ x1′ ceiling tiles
• Mag type pipe insulation
• Red mastic to HVAC pipes and duct work

After removal of the asbestos, the general contractor will demolish the building.
