CitiStructure was retained by the Bethel Gospel Tabernacle to construct their new Administration and Multi-Purpose Facility in Jamaica, Queens.

This project is the centerpiece for this area revitalization effort. The building will stand out as a beacon for development of this rapidly improving neighborhood. The facility includes offices, various multi-purpose rooms, and a kitchen for use by staff and volunteers that provide service to the church. The building is a 5-story, 15,000 sf steel structure with glass curtain-wall.

One of the major challenges during construction was the extensive de-watering due to the below grade construction and high water table in the Jamaica area.
