CitiStructure was retained by Bankable Productions to construct their new offices on West 26th Street in Manhattan, directly across the street from the studio for The Tyra Banks Show. Bankable Productions is the production company created by Tyra Banks for The Tyra Banks Show and America’s Next Top Model.

The project, which covered two floors and 2,500sf of space, has four outside offices; two conference rooms; a large open work area with one work station; reception area and reception desk; kitchen; and a copy/filing/communications room. The work involved:

• Enclosing the reception area with security glass
• Reconfiguration of the space including new walls and partitions
• New doors, frames and hardware
• Extensive electrical work
• HVAC duct work
• Extensive millwork for built-ins and surface tops
• Repair of suspended ceilings
• Finish work and painting

The space was designed by Frank & Marcotullio Design Associates, Inc., who also designed the television studio and support facilities for The Tyra Banks Show.
