CitiStructure was retained for the construction of this five-story building located on Astoria Blvd. near the East River in Queens, NY. The first phase of the project entailed demolition of the existing building that was sandwiched in between two adjacent structures on this narrow site.

The new building will be a mixed-use commercial/residential building. The five-story, 7,500sf structure will house a 1,500sf pharmacy on the first floor with the remaining four floors consisting of four independent residences. There will be one apartment on the second and third floors respectively, with two duplex apartments on the fourth and fifth floors covering half the building.

The very narrow site requires all material deliveries to be made from the street.
